• Your job title;
• Name of the organisation you work for or represent; and
• Other personal data you have provided to the Controller in the “Note” field

(hereinafter as “Data”).

The Data will be processed by the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for the purposes of offering the Controller’s or its business partners’ products, informing about upcoming events and news concerning the Controller. We process your job title and the name of the organisation you work for or represent so that we can send you more relevant messages.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can use the unsubscribe link in each e-mail, or you can send your request to the Controller by regular mail or e-mail.

The Data will be processed by the Controller until your consent is withdrawn. However, the Controller will send you a reactivation e-mail after 2 years from the receipt of your consent with a link to click on if your consent is still valid. If you do not confirm your consent, we will send you the reactivation e-mail again. If you do not confirm your consent the second time, we will erase you from the database of recipients of commercial communications. We will consider this to be a withdrawal of your consent.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller, but your personal data may also be processed by the following processors/recipients:

1. ACO Industries k.s., business ID No.: 48119458, registered office at Havlíčkova 260, 582 22 Přibyslav, the Czech Republic, registered under file No. A 4005 at Regional Court in Hradec Králové;
2. ActiveCampaign, LLC, 1 North Dearborn St, 5th Floor, Chicago, Illinois, 60602, USA.

The Data may be transferred to a recipient located outside the EU/EEA. Adequate level of data protection in accordance with EU law is ensured for any such transfer.
